This Cookie Policy explains how Virtuosis Artificial Intelligence SA (“Virtuosis”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the public Virtuosis website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Scope and controller

Virtuosis Artificial Intelligence SA, based in Lausanne, Switzerland, is responsible for the technologies described in this policy. This policy concerns the public website and does not describe cookies or storage used within Virtuosis products or customer deployments.

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Similar technologies can store information on your device or read browser and connection signals. This policy covers both cookies and these related technologies.

2. Technologies currently used

Exact names and durations may be limited by the visitor’s browser or changed by a provider. We update this table when the website configuration materially changes.

3. How the consent mechanism works

Optional Analytics cookies and Embedded media remain disabled until you confirm your choice. “Accept” enables both. Under “Preferences”, choose each category and select “Save Preferences”. Switch both off to refuse them. Essential consent storage and form-security checks operate independently.

The essential consent records are stored regardless of the choice because they are needed to remember and apply it. They are not used for advertising or audience profiling.

4. Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 property G-K9P2MSS0HL to understand aggregate website use, including page visits, device and browser information, approximate location, referral source and interactions with forms or calls to action.

Google Consent Mode initially denies analytics storage and advertising consent. Before you enable Analytics, the Google tag may send limited consent-state or cookieless measurements to Google without placing GA4 identifier cookies. Enabling Analytics, either through “Accept” or by saving your preferences, permits the GA4 cookies listed above. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain denied. For more information, see Google’s GA4 cookie documentation.

5. Embedded YouTube media

The homepage video is withheld until you enable Embedded media. When enabled, it loads from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain. This reduces personalised use of viewing activity, but YouTube may still process device, network and interaction data when the player is loaded or used. Visitors can instead open the video directly on YouTube, where YouTube’s own terms and privacy policy apply.

6. Form security

Cloudflare Turnstile protects our forms against spam and bots. When a protected form loads, it processes technical signals, including your IP address and browser and connection information. These checks run independently of optional cookie choices.

Cloudflare also processes these signals to improve its bot detection. Browser storage used by the service depends on its configuration and the security check. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Notice for details.

7. Managing or withdrawing your choice

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Switch Analytics or Embedded media on or off, then select “Save Preferences”. Switching both off refuses both optional categories. Your choice applies to the browser and device you are using. Withdrawal does not undo processing that has already occurred.

You can also inspect, block or delete cookies and other site data through your browser settings. Clearing the consent record may cause the banner to appear again. Storage on a third-party domain may need to be removed through your browser or that provider’s controls. Blocking security services may prevent forms from working.

8. Providers and international transfers

Finsweet provides the consent-management library; Google provides Analytics and YouTube; Cloudflare provides Turnstile. Google and Cloudflare may process data outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area. We may update this policy when technologies, providers, purposes or legal requirements change. The date below identifies the current version.
